Minnesota’s Board of Water and Soil Resources has announced the availability of 2019 Clean Water Fund Competitive Grants and Loans. Grants that cities with state-approved local water management plans can apply for include the Projects & Practices program that has more than $11 million for projects to protect, enhance and restore water quality in lakes, rivers and streams and to protect groundwater and drinking water and the accelerated implementation program.
