The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) submitted Minnesota’s 2018 proposed Impaired Waters List to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on April 9. Contents of the public meetings, public comments, the MPCA’s responses to comments, and the 2018 Guidance Manual were all sent to EPA along with the 2018 proposed list for review. You can view these materials here. Because the method for identifying wild rice waters has not been finalized, this list does not include any.
