The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) submitted Minnesota’s 2018 proposed Impaired Waters List to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on April 9. Contents of the public meetings, public comments, the MPCA’s responses to comments, and the 2018 Guidance Manual were all sent to EPA along with the 2018 proposed list for review.
