The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) is currently seeking comment on its draft PFAS Monitoring Plan (additional information is also available on MPCA’s PFAS Monitoring Plan webpage).
MPCA has an online form where they are asking for feedback on the draft plan. We encourage members to review the plan and submit feedback through the form, which is accessible at survey.mn.gov/s.asp?k=163640641178, especially if your facility is going to be asked to participate in the monitoring program. From what we know right now, roughly 90 or so facilities will be asked to participate – MPCA is focusing on all facilities with an Industrial Pretreatment Program.
In addition to facilities’ individual comments, MESERB will be submitting detailed comments on behalf of the organization as a whole.
