The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency received a grant to conduct a pilot project to explore methods for improving processes at wastewater facilities to increase the effectiveness of phosphorus removal without building new plants. Now it is looking for participants for the project! If you have a new permit or expect one soon with increased phosphorus limits, this pilot project may be for you.
