Many MESERB members have raised concerns about their ability to recruit and retain the workforce for their water and wastewater utilities. We want to share with you information about a webinar series titled “Creating the Water Workforce of the Future” hosted by the Association of Clean Water Administrators that may interest those concerned about the topic. On Oct. 23 at 1:30 p.m. Eastern (12:30 Central), you can join the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and other partners to learn how one utility in the state of Virginia is building its staffing pipeline.
