MESERB and the Coalition of Greater Minnesota Cities (CGMC) will co-host a virtual question and answer webinar on the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency’s (MPCA) recently released PFAS Monitoring Plan Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
The Q&A will provide an opportunity to discuss the MOU’s key requirements,
concerns among impacted facilities,
what may happen if a facility does not sign it, as well as ask and answer
questions about the MOU and the PFAS Monitoring Plan generally. The purpose of
this session is not to advise anyone on whether to sign the MOU, but rather to
provide insight and help facilities and cities anticipate what is next from
MPCA.
